Deposit to be paid at the time of booking: 40% of the amount.

100% of the deposit is refunded in case of cancellation* notified by email at least 14 days before the arrival date.  

*cancellation of the entire stay, it is not possible to cancel only part of the stay

In case of cancellation received after the above-mentioned deadlines, up to the day before the arrival date, it is possible to receive a voucher in the amount of the deposit, that can be used for a stay in 2026, by 22/06. This last facilitation cannot be applied to cancellations regarding the month of August. The balance is refunded, if made in advance.
