In case of Covid emergency (demonstrable positivity or closing regions) the full amount paid will be refunded for cancellations up to one day before arrival.
For cancellations with reasons other than Covid, the full amount paid will be refunded if the cancellation is received in writing up to two weeks before arrival.
If, on the other hand, it is received less than two weeks before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. In case the full amount has been paid in advance, it will be returned, but reduced by the deposit.
If the vaccination appointment is at the place of residence, right during the booked vacation period, before arrival you can:
- move the reservation later, according to our availability,
- receive a voucher, corresponding to the full amount paid, expendable later or next summer.
Yes, certainly. In case the entry of bathers exceeds the maximum number allowed by the anti Covid regulations, a rotation could be applied. Last year it was not necessary because the space, both on the solarium and in the pool, was sufficient.
Since last year, classical entertainment has been remodeled according to the anti Covid protocol. Entertainment that respects social distancing is provided.
Muscle arousal, water aerobics, aperitif game, yoga and all activities that allow social distancing will be conducted traditionally.
Every day animators will entertain children on the beach with games for them, under the supervision of their parents. Mini-club in the designated area, as in previous years at Covid, will not be possible.
Yes, those possible with a maximum of two participants per team.
The main rules are to wear a mask, sanitize hands frequently, maintain social distancing, conform one’s behavior to what is called for in the posted signs, and make sure that children also obey the rules.
Yes, there is a free wi-fi zone covering the pool, dream park and street food.
Entertainment is available from June until closing. The animation team will publish the full schedule of activities every week.
No, there is no daily cleaning service for the accommodation. The accommodation is delivered clean and must be left clean, if you prefer to leave it unclean, a payment of €50 is required.
Services such as: market, restaurant, fruits and vegetables, tobacconist, ATM and game room are available at the adjacent Holiday Village. Holy Mass is also held in July and August.

The center of our city is 2.5 km away and can be reached on foot or by bicycle, via the bicycle and pedestrian path, or by city bus.
Document registration can be done from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Handover of accommodation is guaranteed from 4 p.m.
Check-out for accommodation must be done from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. On Saturdays and Sundays it can be done from 7 a.m.
