In case of cancellation notified by email at least 14 days before the arrival date: 100% of the down payment is refunded

News 2024: In case of cancellation received after the above-mentioned deadlines, up to the day before the arrival date, it is possible to receive a voucher in the amount of the deposit, that can be used for a stay in 2025, by 16/06. This last facilitation cannot be applied to cancellations regarding the month of August. The balance is refunded, if made in advance.
