A vacation cannot be truly complete if it does not include the tasting of local dishes. At our street food we offer you a combination of ancient and modern flavors that not only delights the palate but also the spirit.
In an informal atmosphere, in the open air, among Mediterranean olive trees, organized food trucks prepare foods, many of them km 0, respecting the recipes of the Abruzzo tradition. But above all, they offer healthy and good food, capable of meeting the pleasure of both children and parents.
Throughout the week, in the company of live music, there are food and wine events washed down with wines from the best wineries in the area.
In addition, considering that the whole of Italian cuisine is an excellence in the world, there is no shortage of tantalizing twinning with Piadina Romagnola and Sicilian arancini, cannoli, cassate.
Despite some tasty regional encroachments, the flagship of our culinary suite is confirmed to be the roster of excellent Abruzzo brands.
Wines of Abruzzo such as Montepulciano, Cerasuolo, and Trebbiano, or coffee torrefacted by Marcafè, a historic firm in Giulianova, are gastronomic souvenirs to take to loved ones and friends. The extra virgin oil recovered from the olive groves of the surrounding hillsor the Ratafia, traditional black cherry liqueur, with which toasts were made in notary’s offices after ratifying a deed (hence the name), are also a must-have, stocking up on genuine and delicious products.
